2 Acceptance of terms and conditions of sale.
Any order is subject to the full acceptance of the general terms of sale

3 Litigation and jurisdiction clause
For any disputes relating to the sales made by the company Au Coeur 2 SAS and the application or interpretation of these General Terms of Sale, only the Commercial Court of Saint Dié des Vosges (88100 ) will have jurisdiction.

4 Cases of force majeure
In Heart 2 is not responsible in particular in case of fire, floods, interruption of the supply of energy, raw materials or spare parts, as well as total or partial strikes of any kind hindering the smooth running of society, such as strikes of transport, postal services. The occurrence of a case of force majeure has the effect of suspending the performance of the contractual obligations of Au Coeur 2

5 Property reserve clause
In Heart 2 expressly reserves ownership of the goods delivered and designated below until the full payment of their principal price and interest.
The goods will remain the property of the seller until the full payment of their price, but the buyer will become responsible as soon as they are handed over material, the transfer of possession entails that of the risks. The purchaser therefore undertakes to take out an insurance contract as soon as this document is accepted, guaranteeing the risk of loss, theft or destruction of the designated goods, if the value of the goods requires such a contract.

6 Delivery time
Delivery times are given purely as an indication and without guarantee. A delay does not allow the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or receive damages.
In case of partial delivery, the balance of the delivery is carried out without shipping costs as quickly as possible.


7 Lack of compliance of the goods
The goods travel at the risk of the customer to whom it is up to verify the correct condition at the time of delivery. This check should cover the quality, quantities and references of the goods and their compliance with the order. No claims will be taken into account after a 15-day delay from the day of delivery.
Goods with a recognized non-compliance, reported within the specified time frame, are replaced or restored, excluding any compensation, in any capacity.
In case of impossibility of replacement (end-of-life merchandise or prolonged out of stock) the refund of the item will be realized.
